







The Gear Flow Meter is a positive displacement flow meter specifically engineered for high-viscosity liquids and low-flow applications.
Its measuring chamber uses a pair of gears to trap and transfer a fixed volume of liquid with each rotation. The rotational speed is directly proportional to the volumetric flow rate, ensuring high accuracy independent of flow turbulence or viscosity fluctuations.
It is ideal for applications where heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), resins, adhesives, and other thick fluids need precise metering — even at very low flow rates.
