Oval Gear Flow Meter

The Oval Gear Flow Meter is a positive displacement flow meter designed for accurate volumetric measurement of high-viscosity liquids. Inside the meter, two precisely machined oval rotors rotate as fluid passes through, transferring a fixed volume with each revolution. This makes measurement independent of flow profile and turbulence, ensuring consistent accuracy.
It is particularly suitable for heavy oil, resin, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), adhesives, and other thick fluids, and can achieve precise measurement even at very low flow rates. The meter supports multiple signal outputs and is widely used in process control and custody transfer applications.
