A Thermal Mass Flow Meter is specially designed for measuring the mass flow of gases directly, without the need for pressure and temperature compensation. Based on the principle of heat transfer, the meter detects how much heat is carried away by the gas flow and converts it into a precise mass flow measurement.
With high sensitivity, a wide turndown ratio, and simple installation options (in-line or insertion type), thermal mass flow meters are widely used in industrial gas monitoring, process control, and energy management systems.
Direct Mass Flow Measurement:
No need for additional temperature or pressure transmitters.Wide Turndown Ratio:
Typically up to 100:1, suitable for both low and high flow rates.High Sensitivity for Low Flow Rates:
Excellent performance for small gas flows.Easy Installation:
Available in in-line and insertion versions for different pipe sizes.Optional Explosion-proof Design:
Suitable for hazardous environments.
Leak detection and energy monitoring.
Boiler gas flow measurement, fuel gas monitoring.
Nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, argon, CO₂, etc.
Flue gas, exhaust emissions.
Semiconductor industry, cleanroom gas distribution.
